misterg.it offers an online platform for booking boat rentals, including transfers and excursions along the Amalfi Coast and surrounding areas. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • All bookings must be made through the website.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices include the boat rental and specified services but do not include additional expenses such as food, drinks, and personal expenses.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time before booking confirmation.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations by the customer: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations by misterg.it: In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the service, offering an alternative date or a full refund.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customers must comply with all local laws and safety regulations during the rental period.
  • Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the rented boat due to negligence or misuse.
  • Customers must follow the instructions provided by the skipper (if applicable).

6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

  • misterg.it is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the rental period.
  • We are not liable for external factors such as weather conditions, traffic delays, or third-party services.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on misterg.it, including text, images, logos, and website design, is the property of misterg.it and may not be used without prior written consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Rome, Italy.
